Use your original sign-in method to access the same account.
How to use it
- Open the sign-in screen and enter your account details, or choose your existing Apple or Google sign-in option where available.
- If you have forgotten your password, request a reset email.
- Open the link in the email, set a new password and try signing in again.
Things to know
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and the address you entered. After repeated failed attempts, wait before retrying. Avoid accidentally creating another account with a different sign-in method.
