Eligible new Workplace subscriptions can receive a 14-day trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown before purchase until cancelled. Personal PRO and workplace add-ons are separate subscriptions.

Where do managers plan courier shifts?
Weekly and monthly planners are available on the web. Managers can also add shifts in the app, and couriers see the published schedule in their own mobile calendar.
How is time off handled?
Staff send requests in the app. Managers review them, and approved time off is visible in the planner.
Does CalMate plan routes or provide GPS tracking?
CalMate manages team schedules, tasks and communication. Route planning, GPS tracking and transport management are not part of the service.
What courier team sizes are supported?
Plans are available for 3, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 people. The 100-person plan is available on the web. Current pricing, purchase options and terms are shown before you start the subscription.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Download the mobile app from the App Store for iPhone and iPad, or from Google Play for Android. The workplace planner and admin area run in a browser. The shift widget is available on iOS without a PRO subscription.
How does the trial work?
Eligible new Workplace subscriptions can receive a 14-day trial. The offer shown before purchase sets out eligibility, the price after the trial and automatic renewal terms. Separate add-ons may have their own pricing and trials.
