Your account belongs to you.
So does the decision to delete it.

Use this page to request deletion of the account you created in the CalMate application and its associated data. The service provider is sole proprietor Zsolt Turóczi.

    Enter your registered email address.

    You do not need to sign in or have the application installed.

  2. 02
    Open the confirmation email.

    The one-time link in the email is valid for 60 minutes.

  3. 03
    Confirm permanent deletion.

    Opening the link does not delete anything yet: you must approve it with a separate button on the next page.

What happens to your data?

We delete what identifies you.
Only necessary records remain.

Permanently deleted

Personal data associated with the account

  • account, profile and linked sign-in data;
  • authentication, push and calendar feed tokens;
  • profile image and story uploads;
  • personal shift, calendar, pay and statistical data;
  • settings, notifications and raw analytics linked to the user.

May be retained on a limited basis

Only for lawful or community reasons

  • workplace chat content until the workplace or content is deleted, attributed to “Deleted user”;
  • technical logs for up to 30 days and Pulse performance data for 7 days;
  • analytics aggregates that cannot be linked back to you for up to 24 months;
  • minimal evidence and audit data about fulfilling the deletion request for up to 5 years;
  • accounting data required by law for up to 8 years.
Workplace owners

The shared workspace must be resolved first.

If you own a workplace, we will help you transfer or delete it by email after you confirm the request. You do not need to reinstall the application.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

An auto-renewing subscription must be cancelled separately in your Apple account subscription settings.
